Looking for an authentic place in the South West of Madagascar, choose Five Senses Lodge to discover the paradise of Salary Bay.

Welcome to the Vezo country for a unique, privileged and authentic experience, an unforgettable interlude in a postcard setting.

The charming village of Tsiandamba is famous for its white stone walls, its picturesque little market and the colorful canoes decorating the beach. The small village of Tsiandamba is located about 100 km North of Tulear on the coastal path to the Bay of Salary.

A paradisiacal lagoon, magical landscapes, baobabs, white sand dunes, and meeting with the Vezo people, who have kept their traditions intact and believe in many spirits still linked to the sea, the wind or the fish, will amaze your stay. Their pirogues are dug in light woods whose trees are found in the forest known as the Mikéa (the other ethnic group of the region) located at the back of your lodge.

Five Senses Lodge is located 4 km North of Tsiandamba village, a natural site with a breathtaking view, surrounded by a dry forest of rosewood, baobabs and other plants endemic to Madagascar, and beautiful beaches.

Hidden from civilization, on the beautiful and wild Southwest coast of Madagascar, Five Senses Lodge gives meaning to the notion of exclusivity.

The region is home to the third largest coral reef on a large lagoon of about 200 km of coastline. The West coast of Madagascar enjoys exceptional sunshine almost all year round.

You are entering one of the best kept secrets of Madagascar, a paradise without artifice where natural luxury and exotic charm combine for the greatest pleasure of the senses.  There are so many ways to live your adventure.
